Dils in the sale of an asset in Scalo di Porta Romana, Milan

We acted as advisor in the sale between RealStep SICAF and BNP Paribas Reim of a stand-alone building in Milan’s Scalo di Porta Romana area.

RealStep SICAF – the Italian real estate developer specialized in urban regeneration of industrial sites, has completely requalified the asset during 2023.

The building - fully leased to a primary luxury brand, represents a great long-term investment opportunity for its position and quality. The requalification of the surrounding Scalo Romana district hosting the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic village, is reshaping the neighborhood into a sustainable and dynamic area.
