Lovely Rita

The new-build project 'Lovely Rita', a modern building with a mix of residential and commercial spaces, has been realized on Naritaweg in Sloterdijk. The project is part of the new Sloterdijk Station District. This area is being transformed from a mono-functional office area into a vibrant, mixed living and working environment. 'Lovely Rita' is a sustainable new-build residential and commercial complex in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. The building block housing the commercial spaces is designed by architectural firm INBO, known for their mission to make neighborhoods more social and healthier. They create places where people, cities, and nature meet.

At the heart of the complex lies the publicly accessible 'Het Pocket Park' garden, designed by Donker Design, serving as a green oasis and sound buffer.
