Van Gool Elburg advisor to Nuveen for the lease of an 18,000 sqm office complex in Amsterdam

Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten – a Dils company advised Nuveen, a TIAA company, on the full letting of an 18,000 sqm office complex to Philips in Amsterdam. The building, located at Prinses Irenestraat 59 and formerly known as the International School, was acquired by Nuveen at the end of 2019 with the guidance of Van Gool Elburg. Following a complete redevelopment, led by G&S&, the project was celebrated with a special event last week to mark its completion.
