The building is part of the BinnenDok development, consisting of 2 residential buildings, a parking garage and an office building. The location is in the heart of the NDSM wharf. BinnenDok Ontwikkeling is a joint venture of BMB Ontwikkeling and DW Property and was advised by Van Gool Elburg during the transaction.
