Pedro Lancastre appointed as the new CEO in Portugal

Dils, the Italian-origin real estate group, has just announced the appointment of Pedro Lancastre as CEO to lead its operations in Portugal. This follows the recent acquisition of Castelhana, one of the country’s leading real estate companies with over 600 projects managed and a total value exceeding 2.3 billion euros in the last decade. The move is part of Dils' internationalization strategy to become the independent, smart and innovative player in the European real estate market.

Pedro Lancastre joins Dils, bringing his extensive experience in the real estate sector. Previously, he led JLL in Portugal, one of the largest real estate consultancies in the market, where he served as CEO and was responsible for the company’s operations and business strategy. During his twelve-year tenure, Pedro Lancastre distinguished himself through his leadership and performance, successfully managing large real estate projects and contributing to the growth and innovation of the business.
