Dils took part in the panel "The Data Center Market in Italy and Its Potential," sharing strategic insights on one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing segments of the real estate scenario. While FLAP markets (Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, and Paris) continue to dominate and Dublin is gaining ground, Milan and Italy are at a pivotal moment. With the right conditions, the country has the potential to establish itself as a new reference point on the European data center map.
