GVA Redilco has advised the new owners, the Tarvos fund managed by Castello sgr, in the letting of approximately 8,500 sqm of office spaces within the Milanofiori business park.
Comprising a total of 6 floors above ground in addition to a basement housing a garage and archives, the asset - called ’Palazzo L / G’ - will host the new Milan headquarters of a leading international construction firm specialising in large constructions and complex infrastructure.
The leased spaces are currently undergoing full refurbishment and will be handed over around spring 2021. This project confirms a trend that sees buildings starring when their landlords decide to invest speculatively in their renewal, from the point of view of both the efficiency and the functionality of the spaces.
