Kroonenberg Groep extends lease agreement with Jones Day

Kroonenberg Groep has agreed to a long-term lease extension with international law firm Jones Day for the property located at Concertgebouwplein 20 in Amsterdam. Jones Day has been based at this prominent location since 2016 and will continue to occupy the historic building of approximately 2,300 m² in the years to come.

The building, situated next to the Concertgebouw and near the Museumplein, offers Jones Day a representative and easily accessible working environment in the heart of Amsterdam Zuid. As part of the lease extension, Kroonenberg Groep will carry out several works on the building aimed at improving sustainability.

Jones Day is one of the largest law firms in the world, with 40 offices globally and over 2,400 lawyers. From its Amsterdam office, the firm advises clients with both international and domestic interests, with a focus on corporate law, litigation, and competition law.
