Patrícia Barão is the new partner and head of residential at Dils Portugal

Patrícia Barão has been appointed as the new partner of Dils in Portugal, taking over the leadership of the company's residential area. With this appointment, Dils Portugal completes its board of three Partners, made up of Pedro Lancastre, Fernando Ferreira and now Patrícia Barão, who reinforces Dils' growth and leadership strategy in the residential sector.

Patrícia Barão brings with her a wealth of experience in the real estate sector, with a career consolidated over more than 20 years. Her career includes leading positions as Commercial and Marketing Director at Espírito Santo Property and Herdade da Comporta, positions she held between 2007 and 2014.

Before that, Patrícia worked for several renowned companies such as Hewlett Packard Portugal, ONI Telecom and Portuguese Commercial Bank. In 2015, she joined JLL, where she was responsible for setting up the residential area from scratch, and later chaired the consultancy's Management Committee.

In addition to her professional career, Patrícia Barão is Vice-President of APEMIP (Association of Real Estate Professionals and Companies) and Founder and Director of Wire Portugal (Women in Real Estate), committed to developing the sector and promoting the role of women in the real estate market.

Patrícia Barão also coordinates the Real Estate Consulting course at ISEG (Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão) and teaches the Luxury Real Estate Sales Management course at the same institution. Patrícia has a degree in Tourism Business Management from ESHTE, a post-graduate degree in Business Marketing and completed the Real Estate Finance Management course at ISEG.
