The private limited company Magnus Vastgoed I B.V. has sold 100% of the shares to Meerdervoort Group B.V. and subsequently placed them in one of the Meerdervoort Prime companies.
Magnus Vastgoed I B.V. owns the office buildings located at Walaardt Sacréstraat 405 in Schiphol-East and Tupolevlaan 81-99 in Schiphol Rijk, as well as a plot of land of 1,099 sq. m. with the function of car park located in Schiphol-Rijk.
Magnus Group has thoroughly renovated the buildings in line with today’s end-user requirements. Both multi-tenant buildings are fully let.
