The new logistics warehouses will be built in Agliana (PT), next to the SS 719 Prato-Pistoia, and they will be easily reached via the A11 "Firenze-Mare"motorway. This brand-new, Grade A logistics development will follow the most modern and eco-sustainable construction requirements. It will include two assets: - Warehouse A: a cross-docking building, with n. 44 loading bays; - Warehouse B: a stand alone building, ideal for traditional logistics activies. The handover of the assets is expected 10 months after the prelimary leasing agreement.
