The logistics development is strategically located in the industrial area of Tivoli Terme, east of Rome, just 13 km from the GRA (Rome's ring road), ensuring a quick connection with the Capital. The proximity to the main highways – the A24 Motorway (7 km from the Tivoli exit) and the A1 Motorway (9 km from the Guidonia exit) – allows excellent accessibility towards Central and Southern Italy. The logistics complex is structured around two warehouses, WHA and WHB, designed to offer maximum flexibility. Both can be divided into modules of approximately 12,000 square meters each, allowing customized configurations based on operational needs.
