Latius Logistics Park

The WHB logistics warehouse will occupy a strategic location south of Rome, in the industrial area of Frosinone, approximately 60 km from Rome's GRA ring road. Its central position between Rome and Caserta/Naples, combined with dual access to the A1 motorway—via the Frosinone exit (3 km away) and the Ferentino exit (6 km away)—ensures excellent connectivity to both Central and Southern Italy. In addition, major roads such as the SR 6 Casilina, SS 156, and SR 214 provide fast links to both the coast and inland areas.

The building, located within the Latius Logistics Park, features 52 loading bays and is ideally suited for logistics operations. It is designed to be divided into four independent units, offering maximum flexibility in terms of management. Generous manoeuvring space ensures efficient vehicle circulation, and the site also includes ample parking for cars and trucks.

Following the delivery of WHB, two further warehouses will be developed within the Latius Logistics Park: WHC (36,731 sqm) and WHA (105,070 sqm), both scheduled for delivery in 2027.
