This logistics warehouse is located in the eastern quadrant of Rome, inside the Great Ring Road (GRA), 1 km from the Tor Cervara exit of the A24 motorway (which connects Rome to Teramo). The asset is in a strategic location at the centre of a dynamic area, serving the city centre of Rome. The project includes a complete refurbishment of the existing asset, with the aim of maximising the internal height to 11,25 m. The layout allows for space flexibility, offering the possibility of a single- or double-tenant solutions. In this instance, both tenants will have an independent access.
