Bologna Interporto

Bologna Interporto is also connected daily with Northern Europe and Southern Italy through its Terminal, which extends over approximately 246,000 sqm and is equipped with 10 railway tracks ranging from 500 to 600 metres in length. Strategically located, the asset is easily accessible from across the peninsula thanks to its proximity to one of Italy’s most important motorway junctions, with direct access to the A1, A13 and A14 motorways.

The building 9.8 is a new Built-To-Suit development designed to accommodate a courier and intensive shipping «cross-docking» facility, with a surface area of approximately 9,000 sqm, which can potentially be divided into two units. The building permit (PdC) has already been obtained, and the estimated construction timeline is around 12 months from the signing of a binding agreement with the owner.
