Progetto Vitae

Vitae is a prestigious A+ grade property located in a unique area, on Via Serio, a strategic location in the heart of the city.

This area is the result of the redevelopment of a former industrial area and is located just a few hundred meters from the Prada Foundation headquarters.

Its privileged location not only offers convenient access to surrounding services and infrastructure, but also an atmosphere that balances urban dynamism with the tranquility of a transforming neighborhood. The design is characterized by a 200-meter-long urban vineyard that wraps around the entire building, creating a publicly accessible pedestrian path that runs from street level to the top of the building.

Along this green path, covered by a pergola draped with vines, one can stroll alongside a series of terraces and greenhouses intended for urban agriculture and hydroponic cultivation. Inspired by the principles of biophilic design, the project aims to achieve WELL Gold and LEED Platinum certifications, placing a particular emphasis on sustainability and occupant well-being.
