Progetto Vitae

Vitae is a prestigious Grade A+ property located in a unique area, on Via Serio, a strategic location in the heart of the city. This area is the result of the redevelopment of a former industrial zone and is situated just a few hundred meters from the headquarters of the Fondazione Prada. Its privileged location not only provides convenient access to surrounding services and infrastructure but also creates an atmosphere that balances urban dynamism with the tranquility of a transforming neighborhood. The design is characterized by a 200-meter-long urban vineyard that envelops the entire building, creating a publicly accessible pedestrian pathway that extends from street level to the building's rooftop. Along this green path, covered by a pergola adorned with vines, visitors can stroll past a series of terraces and greenhouses dedicated to urban farming and hydroponic cultivation. Inspired by the principles of biophilic design, the project aims to achieve WELL Gold and LEED Platinum certifications, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and the well-being of its occupants.
