Service charges
Service charges are payable from the lease commencement date or from the earlier date of occupancy of the leased space and amount to approximately €75 per m² of office space per year, as an advance payment subject to annual settlement, excluding VAT.
This is an initial estimate. The final advance amount will be determined in consultation between tenant and landlord based on the full package of services and amenities, depending on the planned facilities in the building. Standard services include a staffed reception, maintenance of technical installations, and various facilities such as a coffee bar, lunch amenities, and formal and informal meeting spaces on the ground floor.
Rent adjustment
Annually based on the consumer price index (CPI) published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS), series for employee households (2015 = 100).
