New logistics letting transaction signed in strategic Bologna area

Dils acted as an advisor for the leasing of approximately 33,500 sqm to a leading company, within a newly inaugurated Grade A logistics asset in Castel San Pietro Terme, in the province of Bologna.

This development is managed by DeA Capital SGR on behalf of the "GO Italia VII" fund and fully subscribed by BGO. The asset covers a total area of 60,000 sqm and has been built according to high ESG standards, achieving the new LEED Gold certification.
