NACEX by Logista Netherlands has signed a new lease agreement for approximately 1,404 sq m of industrial space at Barnsteen 11 at SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport in Hoofddorp. With the choice of this new logistics location, NACEX has access to modern space to further develop its express logistics operations.
Barnsteen is part of the latest development on the eastern side of SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport. The development comprises four new units, two of approximately 1,400 sq m and two of approximately 2,800 sq m.
NACEX, part of the Spanish logistics group Logista, specialises in time-critical express logistics and provides parcel distribution services throughout Europe.
The lease agreement was signed prior to the completion of the building. With the completion of Barnsteen 9-12, the development of the eastern side of SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport has been completed.
