Dils expands into the residential market with Jim ten Hoor

Dils is expanding into the residential market with the appointment of Jim ten Hoor as Consultant Residential.

Jim brings valuable experience from G&S&, where he was closely involved in complex inner-city mixed-use developments such as Wonderwoods (Utrecht), Elements, Nautisch NDSM and Noordbaak (Amsterdam).

Drawing on a background in residential brokerage and urban development, he will advise investors and developers on acquisitions and disposals of residential assets across the Netherlands.

His hire is the first for Dils’ new Residential team and signals the firm’s ambition to gain a strategic position in the Dutch residential market.
