Dils advised Kroonenberg Groep on the lease of approximately 413 sq m of office space at Cornelis Schuytstraat 72 in Amsterdam to Fortino Capital Advisory B.V.

The detached listed office villa has recently been fully renovated and will be delivered turnkey. The building features an A+ energy label, a private garden and on-site parking. The renovation was carried out by TBP Bouw B.V. based on a design by Claudio Varone.
