Dils appoints Chantal Hout to boost residential investment team

Dils is taking a new step in the growth of its residential team by welcoming Chantal Hout as Consultant. In this role, she will strengthen Dils’ Capital Markets team within the residential sector. 

Chantal joins Dils from CBRE, where she progressed over the course of more than nine years from Consultant to Associate Director Capital Markets. As Associate Director, she worked within the Healthcare & Senior Living transaction team. Chantal’s strong market knowledge, analytical capabilities, and proven track record in transactions align seamlessly with Dils’ data- and deal-driven way of working. 

With Chantal joining the team, Dils further strengthens its ambition to establish a leading position within the residential market in the Netherlands.
