Dils advisor in the letting of CAMP 6°, an iconic office complex north of Milan

Dils acted as advisor to Campari and ABB, a global technology leader in electrification and automation, for the lease of 4,800 sqm of office space within Camp 6°, the complex owned by Campari located in Sesto San Giovanni, in the heart of one of the main regeneration projects in the Milan metropolitan area. The spaces will house ABB's offices.

Designed by Mario Botta and inaugurated in 2009, Camp 6° stands on the site of the historic Campari plants, which had been active since 1904. The project transformed the industrial site into a contemporary office complex immersed in an urban park, preserving its memory while opening it up to new functions.

The tower, the bridge structure, and the large central lobby define its architectural identity. The extensive glass surfaces, the flexibility of the spaces, and the continuity between indoor spaces and green areas offer a work environment oriented toward collaboration and people's well-being. Its proximity to the M1 metro line, Sesto San Giovanni railway station, and the A4 motorway ensures connections with Milan and the main metropolitan routes.

With this single transaction, Camp 6°'s occupancy reaches approximately 50%.
