Senior Real Estate Agent

Main Activities

  • Identify and list properties in key areas of Barcelona;
  • Collect and verify property documentation; sign mediation agreements per company commission policy;
  • Manage client relationships and ensure clear, proactive communication;
  • Oversee client interactions from first contact through deal closure and after-sales follow-up;
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client data in CRM aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in real estate; strong knowledge of the local market;
  • Familiarity with real estate, legal, and financial processes;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Results-driven, motivated, and a team player in an international environment;
  • Proactive, hands-on, and flexible with working hours;
  • High standard of customer service, especially with demanding clients.
