Viewings of industrial or logistic buildings with occupiers
Conduct commercial negotiations with occupiers, real estate investors and developers
Take care of proper contractual documentation
Advise real estate investors and developers on the strategic positioning, marketing and leasing strategy of logistic and industrial buildings
Adviseoccupiers on their real estate strategy
Investigate alternative office locations for occupiers
