Head of Residential

Main Activities

Define and implement the growth strategy for the Residential department of the Rome office
Lead and coordinate a team of brokers and consultants, ensuring the achievement of objectives
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, institutional owners, investors and developers
Manage and supervise the marketing of residential properties (second-hand, residential developments and subdivisions) and the sales/rental processes
Identify new business and development opportunities, with a focus on the Roman market
Coordinate with the Marketing Area the planning of communication campaigns and brand positioning of the department
Monitor KPIs, budgets and economic performance, preparing periodic reports for management

Enabling to the profession of Real Estate Agent
Consolidated experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 10 years)
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage relationships
Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, proactivity
