Data Engineer Senior

Within the Technology division, we create digital solutions and products that bring innovation to the Real Estate market, guiding its transformation. The internal team consists of Frontend and Backend developers, UX/UI Designers, and DB Specialists who work closely with Business, Research, Digital, Marketing, IT, and Visual departments. Our mission is to develop solutions that enhance the efficiency of our colleagues and products that make our customers' experience with our company unforgettable.

• Maintain and evolve company databases


• Understand business needs and model them within our relational databases


• Manage ETL pipelines for data acquisition, transformation, cleaning, and loading


• Support the business and data science team in creating BI extractions/reports/dashboards


• Support the development team by validating data access and writing logics


• Support the Cloud Architecture team on system issues and Data Warehouse data ingestion techniques


• Actively participate in organizing activities, coordinating with the internal team

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, SQLServer)
• Data modeling
• PowerBI management and design
• ETL processes
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• AWS services
• Machine Learning and predictive analysis techniques
• Other Business Intelligence systems
• Prior experience in Data Warehouse projects
