Main Activities


  • Analyse and study of corporate market

  • Commercial and technical due diligence

  • Valuation

  • Analysis of the technical characteristics of the property and interior space planning

  • Country plans and portfolio monitoring using KPIs

  • Support during all phases of purchase and rental of properties

Requirements


  • Degree in Economics or related fields

  • Previous experience in the role

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Flexibility, teamwork and communication skills, proactive approach
