Experienced Architect in Professional Studio

Main Activities

Full analysis of residential initiatives aimed at enhancing every aspect related to design and marketing.
Interior Design activities.
Analysis and optimization of the typological mix, aimed at aligning the design proposal with the typological-dimensional indications of each proposed size.
Drafting of sales specifications based on an in-depth knowledge of materials and brands available on the market.
Verification of commercial areas to support the definition of sales price list.
Technical-design support during the marketing phase.
Drafting of sales materials and commercial plans.
Support for rendering and marketing activities.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
3-4 years of experience in professional company and/or in similar roles in the residential sector.
Flexibility, dynamism, and ability to work in a team.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and the Acrobat package (knowledge of BIM/Revit is preferred).
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Strong communication skills.
