Urban Gym Group to Open TrainMore at Sloterdijk’s ‘Lovely Rita’

Urban Gym Group has leased roughly 1,000 sq m of commercial space spread over the ground and first floors of ‘Lovely Rita.’ The building is located at Naritaweg 10 in Amsterdam’s Sloterdijk Station District. The agreement was concluded with landlord DW Property, with Dils acting as advisor to the landlord. 

Designed by INBO and completed in 2025, Lovely Rita is a mixed-use building that combines 345 apartments with premium commercial units. The newly leased, light-filled floors, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass and patio, will host the next TrainMore club.  

The location deepens Urban Gym Group’s West-Amsterdam network, bringing its high-energy concept to a district whose resident and worker base is expanding rapidly. DW Property, in turn, secures an anchor tenant that validates the building’s green, community-focused vision and helps activate the ground-floor plinth.  

The deal mirrors Sloterdijk’s wider shift from a single-use office quarter to a lively, transit-oriented hub where fitness, hospitality and creative businesses cluster around Amsterdam Sloterdijk station.
