QUBE Offices in Amsterdam-Zuidoost sold to Caplins Investment Management

QUBE Offices in Amsterdam-Zuidoost has been sold to Caplins Investment Management for a fund initiated and managed by them, for an undisclosed amount. The property had been part of the seller’s portfolio since its completion in 2010.

QUBE Offices, located in MediArena near Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station, comprises approximately 19,515 m² of sustainable office space and 480 underground parking spaces. The building is easily accessible by public transport and has direct connections to the A2 and A9 motorways.

Originally developed as a single-tenant building for the former Endemol, the property has since been transformed into a multi-tenant complex anchored by EndemolShine Nederland (part of the Banijay Group) and Achmea.

The seller was advised on the transaction by Dils and JLL (commercial), Houthoff (legal), KPMG (tax) and BBN (technical).

Buyer Caplins Investment Management was assisted by Hemwood (legal), Osborne Clarke (Banking & Finance, Financial Regulatory), Rechtstaete (tax) and Nivab Vastgoed Advies (technical). Berlin Hyp provided the acquisition financing.

Caplins Investment Management is a new collaboration between APF International and Reyersen van Buuren.
