Dils Living expands into the Southern Netherlands

Dils Netherlands is bringing its activities in the housing market together under one name: Dils Living. With the expansion to Southern Netherlands, Dils is taking the next step in the further development of its Living platform in the Netherlands. From Amsterdam and Southern Netherlands, the team advises investors and developers on residential investments, property development, positioning, marketing and sales.

With the arrival of Tijs Paijmans and Yvonne van Gelderen, Dils Living is strengthening its local presence in Southern Netherlands. Drawing on their knowledge of the regional market, they focus particularly on the most important urban regions in North Brabant, including Eindhoven, Tilburg, Breda, 's-Hertogenbosch and surrounding areas.

Reinforcement in Southern Netherlands

Tijs Paijmans is Senior Advisor Living for Southern Netherlands. He focuses on the commercial positioning, market approach and sales strategy of residential developments, with a focus on Tilburg, Eindhoven, Breda, 's-Hertogenbosch and surrounding areas, among others. Tijs has a background in sales of existing properties and new-build homes, valuations and real estate advisory. He brings broad experience in both sales and advisory for developers in the Brabant housing market.

Yvonne van Gelderen is Senior Advisor Living for Southern Netherlands and brings more than twenty years of experience in real estate development. She was Commercial Manager at Heijmans Vastgoed for over nine years and previously worked at Van Wijnen and JLL. From various roles, she was involved in diverse area and housing developments and their commercial translation to the market, including INCK in Eindhoven, Willemspoort Zuid and Heesterburgh in Haverleij, 's-Hertogenbosch.

With their arrival, Dils Living connects local market knowledge in Southern Netherlands with Dils' national expertise, data and international network. This further expands Dils' position in the Dutch housing market and supports investors and developers from investment issue to development and sales.
