Publicis Groupe has signed a long-term lease for approximately 4,100 sq m at Staal-Kade, located at Rijnsburgstraat 9–11 in Amsterdam. The multinational communications group will relocate by year-end 2026. The property is owned by Flow Real Estate Development.
Originally designed by Arthur Staal in 1962, Staal-Kade has been recently redeveloped into a high-end, future-ready workplace with abundant daylight, two terraces, and panoramic views from the upper floors. Located on the Schinkel waterfront, the building is fully electric and BREEAM Outstanding-certified, and includes smart (circadian) lighting designed to support wellbeing and productivity. On-site amenities include a welcoming reception, a business club with event space and meeting rooms, and a public restaurant at street level.
Flow Real Estate Development:
“Welcoming Publicis to the building is a proud moment for us. Their decision to locate here reflects the quality of the workspace and the appeal of Staal-Kade as a home for leading international brands.”
Publicis Groupe:
“Our office is more than a workspace; it’s a strategic expression of our identity. With ‘The Power of One’, we bring our disciplines together in one setting that strengthens collaboration and creativity. Staal-Kade supports that ambition: a place that amplifies the energy and authenticity of who we are.”
