Matex sells former industrial complex in Haaksbergen to local investor

Matex has sold the former Reinaerdt Deuren production site in Haaksbergen to a local investor. The industrial complex comprises multiple plots totalling approximately 44,000 sq m with around 27,500 sq m of lettable floor area divided across four buildings. Dils acted as commercial advisor to the seller.

The site offers flexible unit sizes and a substantial installed power capacity of 1,777 kW, making it suitable for a range of industrial and logistics users.

The acquisition represents a strategic expansion of the buyer’s regional portfolio.
