Verona Logistics Park : completed the construction of the first two units - Dils

FONDO GO ITALIA II – managed by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A. completed, as planned, the construction of the first two units of the Verona Logistics Park in Oppeano – a strategic area just outside the main city of the Veneto region, where other logistics parks and prime 3PLs are already settled.

GVA Redilco is the broker for letting these two Grade A logistics warehouses; approx. 70,000 sqm of flexible and functional spaces with 10.80 mt. height under beam, Sprinkler NFPA/ESFR, offices, services and large maneuvering areas.
