Iroko has completed the acquisition of two assets located at Albert Einsteinweg 1 and James Wattlaan 7 in Drunen. The transaction was carried out on behalf of the newly launched SCPI Iroko Atlas, introduced in September 2025, and marks a significant step in the expansion of its Dutch portfolio.
The acquisition comprises a fully renovated, state-of-the-art office building and a modern, well-maintained logistics facility. Both properties are situated in the municipality of Heusden and benefit from an excellent strategic location near ’s-Hertogenbosch and the Tilburg–Waalwijk logistics hotspot, one of the most dynamic distribution corridors in the Netherlands.
Together, the two assets offer approximately 10,700 sqm of lettable floor area and are leased on a long-term basis to a company active in the fashion sector.
The buyer was advised by Dentons (legal), SGS (technical), ARC Real Estate Partners (commercial) and Dils (commercial). The seller was advised by AKD (legal) and JLL (commercial).
