GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the sale of a 5-asset portfolio, for express courier and logistics use.
The assets with a total surface of approx. 42,000 sqm was bought by Namira SGR on behalf of Fondo Elisabeth.
The warehouses, located in the urban areas and within the “last-mile” of Rome, Turin, Bergamo and Venice, are leased to tenant leader in the express-courier sector; only the one in Pomezia is still available and GVA Redilco is the advisor for the letting.
The cross-docking warehouse has 14,200 surface plus offices, forklift recharge room and a guard room, 11.70 m height under-beam, and Sprinkler system.
