The building, located in the West of Milan in Via Marostica 1, has a strategic position thanks to its proximity to other important business center and near to the underground stops Gambara and De Angeli.

The 9 floors office block has a total GLA of 10,500 sqm and it’s fully let to prime international and national tenants.
