G&S& sells office building De Naut at the NDSM-werf

G&S& has sold the office building De Naut in Amsterdam to an international private investor. Dils advised G&S& in this transaction.

De Naut is a newly developed office building on the NDSM-werf with approximately 1,650 sq.m of lettable floor area and is fully leased to Candid Group B.V., an internationally operating marketing and communications group.

The five-storey office building was designed by DOK Architecten and forms part of the Nautisch NDSM project, a transforming waterfront district on the IJ. The project also includes a mix of residential units, commercial spaces, and shared amenities.
