Dream Advisors acquires logistics complex in Veghel

Dream Advisors has acquired the logistics property at Doornhoek 3860 in Veghel, offering a lettable floor area of approximately 8,207 m². The transaction took place in one of the Netherlands’ prime logistics hotspots. The seller was advised by Dils (commercial) and Van Doorne (legal).

The modern logistics asset includes ten loading docks, a clear height of 13 metres, a maximum floor load capacity of 50 kN/m², and holds an A+++ energy label. Thanks to its strategic position within Veghel’s logistics corridor, with direct access to the A50 motorway, the property is exceptionally well-suited for logistics services.
