Dils with Arrow Global in the acquisition of an important urban regeneration project in the Navigli Area

Our Advisory team supported Arrow Global in the commercial due diligence of two buildings located in the Navigli Area in Milan, with a total area of approximately 16,000 square meters.

The assets will be converted into high-end residential with approximately 150 apartments and parking lots. The location, near the Naviglio Grande in the former Richard Ginori area, is an important example of redevelopment and enhancement of a manufacturing area that now houses well-known fashion, design, and communication brands and will soon be connected to the M4 metro line.

Both buildings will be renovated with the most advanced technologies and in line with ESG principles and sustainability certifications; they will also offer a wide range of services and amenities for future owners.
