Dils Portugal advises the seller in the transaction of Conforama at Albufeira Retail Park

Dils acted as the sell-side advisor in the transaction of the Conforama Albufeira asset, located in Albufeira Retail Park. The asset, with a total area of 7,908 m², was acquired by the Property Real Estate Fund, managed by Square Asset Management. The transaction was completed on April 28 in Lisbon.

"It was very gratifying to advise the seller on the disposal of this logistics unit to one of the funds managed by Square AM.
