Dils in the sale process of one of the largest urban regeneration project in Milan

Dils is supporting CDP Real Asset in the sale process of the former Caserma Mameli to Ardian, a leading global private investment company.

The area, which boasts a surface of more than 100,000 square meters, is located in northern Milan, just few steps away from the M5 Bicocca metro station and the University of Milan-Bicocca.

The project will provide over 90,000 square meters of commercial surfaces of new residential, social housing, commercial and retail spaces, and will enhance the entire surrounding area with a new park, new roads, and new public functions.
