Dils expands presence in Southern Netherlands with appointment of Jorg van den Oever

Dils has appointed Jorg van den Oever as Senior Consultant Investments. In this role, he will focus on mid-cap investments in the industrial and logistics sector, with a focus on the southern part of the Netherlands.

Jorg brings a wealth of experience, including the past two years in the industrial and logistics leasing team at JLL. His earlier roles include positions at Magis Vastgoed and ING Real Estate Finance. With his broad market knowledge, strong network in the southern Netherlands, and expertise in deal-making, real estate development, and investor relations, Jorg is well-positioned to support Dils' ambition to further strengthen its footprint in the industrial and logistics domain.

Jorg’s arrival aligns with Dils' national growth strategy and enables the team to more effectively assist investors and property owners with acquisition and sales processes.
