Delta Electronics begins construction on new EMEA Headquarters at Park 20|20

Delta Electronics has begun construction of its new EMEA headquarters in Park 20|20, Hoofddorp. The 9,300 sq. m building is set for completion in late 2026.

Designed by MVSA Architects, the five-storey building will feature a central atrium, collaboration spaces, a showroom, and relaxation areas. It will include 715 solar panels and connect to an energy-efficient district system. The project is targeting BREEAM Outstanding certification.

Delta Electronics will consolidate key EMEA functions at the site, including R&D and business development. The building will showcase Delta’s own smart energy solutions, reinforcing its ESG strategy and commitment to innovation.
