BTS Logistics leases 4,024 m² of logistics space in Nieuw-Vennep

BTS Logistics has signed a new lease for approximately 4,024 m² of modern logistics space at Frankweg 20 in Nieuw-Vennep. The property is located on the Nieuw-Vennep Zuid business park. Dils advised landlord De Jong Special Services, while De Mik represented tenant BTS Logistics.

The facility offers efficient warehouse space with office accommodation, cooling areas and modern loading facilities. It benefits from excellent access to the N207 and A4, providing fast connections to Schiphol Airport and the wider Randstad.
