New lease agreement within the Logistics Centre located in Bagni di Tivoli - Dils

GVA Redilco acted as broker for the lease agreement of 1 module at the Logistics Centre in Bagni di Tivoli (Rome). The module leased is a portion of a warehouse with a total G.F.A. of approx.. 20,000 sqm which has been totally refurbished in August 2013; The Logistics Centre is located less than 7 km away from the A24 motorway Rome-Teramo, exit “Tivoli”, and 1 km away from the main road Tiburtina. Ceva Logistics signed the lease contract for 5,600 sqm of warehouse with 500 sqm of office spaces.
