New lease agreement for 6,000 sq.m. at Northern Rome Logistics Park - Dils

GVA Redilco , acts as advisor for a new lease agreement of 6.000 sq.m within the new “Northern Rome Logistics Park” located in Riano (RM) developed by Tacuma Immobiliare.
GLS – General Logistics Systems, one of the leading parcel service providers in Europe, chose the logistics park as its new hub to serve Central and Southern Italy, thanks to its strategic position and to the connection with motorway A1 at less than 2 km.
The logistics park consists in 3 buildings with a total covered surface of more than 92,000 sq.m., height under beams of 12 m, cross docking with 1 loading bay every 500 sq.m. and maneuvering areas with depth of 45 m.
