This morning, the Innovation Forum 2025 took place at the Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Foundation in Milan, serving as a key event on megatrends in innovation and technological transformation.
Now in its third edition, the forum—organized by Dils in collaboration with Scenari Immobiliari—provided a significant opportunity for experts and industry leaders to discuss development prospects and the applications of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on the strategic role of Artificial Intelligence.

Giuseppe Amitrano and Mario Breglia, President of Scenari Immobiliari, opened the event, which was moderated by Francesca Zirnstein, General Director of Scenari Immobiliari. The gathering brought together key figures from various sectors, who shared their experiences and insights on the value of innovation, including Enzo Baglieri (SDA Bocconi), Costanza Balboni Cestelli (Generali Real Estate), Paolo De Nadai (OneDay Group), Claudia Pingue (CDP Venture Capital SGR), and Stefano Sirolli (RealStep SGR).
The report Innovare Vale, presented during the event, highlighted the potential impact of advanced technologies on real estate, estimating sector growth to reach €535 billion by 2035 and €800 billion by 2050. In a global landscape where research and development investments exceed $2.5 trillion annually, Italy stands out among the best performers in human capital, research, and technological output. However, the country faces critical challenges, including a skills gap between workforce capabilities and market needs, as well as the necessity for a more structured governance approach.
