Fernando Ferreira is the new Partner of Dils in Portugal, taking responsibility for the company’s commercial real estate division. Fernando Ferreira has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate market.
Previously, he held senior positions at leading companies in the sector, including JLL, where he spent seven years as Head of Capital Markets Portugal, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he began his career in the Valuation department before moving to the Investment department in 2007, shortly before the financial crisis. He had been with Square Asset Management for around three years.
Ferreira holds a degree in Business Management. He also has experience in banking, having been responsible for the strategic real estate assets division at BES, where he served as Head of Strategic Real Estate Assets.

It should be recalled that, after entering the Netherlands just over a year ago through the acquisition of Van Gool Elburg, the Italian group Dilshas now announced its entry into Portugal through the acquisition of Portuguese company Castelhana, which employs more than 80 professionals and has offices in Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve.
